What began as the Live the Life Foundation in 2014 evolved into ProConnect Live in 2020 and continues to grow into a broader ecosystem for boundaryless leadership. We are building the infrastructure to develop high-impact leaders, strengthen institutional capacity, and support scalable, sustainable systems growth.

Our Founder's Story
For a long time, I struggled with the expectation to define myself by a single title, path, or identity. Deep down, I knew I was more than what one label could capture. The different domains I operated in were not a lack of focus; they were expressions of the different capacities and strengths I carried with excellence. I even questioned whether I was the problem because I did not fit neatly into a traditional one-dimensional career path. Over time, I realized the challenge was not my ability to navigate multiple domains. It was that many systems are still designed to simplify people rather than accommodate their complexity. This is why I built ProConnect, a space for people who lead beyond a single domain to develop and connect without having to shrink themselves to fit a single box. It is about intentionally integrating the different parts of yourself and strategically deploying them across institutions, industries, sectors, and communities. In a rapidly evolving world, adaptability is not just an advantage. It is a leadership capacity.
